Sarah Moore, MS LPC EMDR I
Mental Health Therapist
My Approach to Therapy
Sarah is a trauma-informed therapist who integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, attachment theory, and Jungian depth psychology to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. She believes that our symptoms often carry important messages rather than simply being problems to eliminate. She works collaboratively with clients to understand the deeper patterns shaping their lives.

Sarah’s approach is warm, experiential, and insight-oriented, blending evidence-based practices with curiosity, creativity, and compassion. Together, Sarah explores with clients, the connections between mind, body, emotions, and the unconscious, helping clients heal from trauma, strengthen self-trust, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Populations I serve
Sarah enjoys working with adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, perfectionism, shame, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, and she strives to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, understood, and empowered to move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values and who they truly are.
